CINEMA RETRO LIFETIME ACHEIVMENT AWARD
- 24th April In the debating chamber

Fan Festival is proud to announce a lifetime achievement award by Cinema Retro Magazine to Sir Christopher Lee to be held in the Debating Chamber at the London Film Museum, County Hall as part of the Fan Festival Weekend on 24th and 25th April.

Due to last-minute contractual obligations, Sir Christopher Lee is regrettably unable to attend the award ceremony, however, his life-long friend – and on-screen adversary in The Man With The Golden Gun – Sir Roger Moore, has graciously agreed to accept the award on the veteran actor’s behalf. Sir Roger has also agreed to discuss his career as James Bond on stage, and take part in a brief Q&A session too.

Sir Roger was the recipient of Cinema Retro’s lifetime achievement award in 2008.

Anyone who has already purchased a ticket for the Christopher Lee presentation is automatically entitled to attend this event. However, those who do not wish to attend can have their ticket refunded by contacting the London Film Museum.

Please Note: This event requires a separate ticket to the main Fanfest event. Tickets can be booked here

Sir Roger Moore's attendance is not part of the celebrity signing event at Fanfest this weekend, and he will not be meeting the public or signing autographs. His appearance is an on-stage presentation only to accept the award on his friends behalf.
