Win the change to meet Ray Harryhausen
at the opening of the exhibition at the
London Film Museum.

To celebrate the opening of the Ray Harryhausen – Myths and Legends exhibition at the London Film Museum on June 29th 2010, we are giving one person the chance to come to the private opening on the day, meet Ray in person, and receive a signed copy of his new limited edition book “Ray Harryhausen – A Life in Pictures”.


This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in film and animation.

To win this prize we are asking for your 3D model, stop motion animation films.

These will be judged by Tony Dalton from the Ray and Diana Harryhausen Foundation, and Jonathan Sands from the London Film Museum.



Terms & Conditions
  • Animations must be 1 minute long. The subject is up to you.
  • Animations must be made using 3D models, and using the stop motion animation technique.
  • Finished animations must arrive at the London Film Museum by 5pm on June 21st 2010.
  • Animations must be supplied on DVD format and including full credits and copyright details. The credits do not have to form part of the 1 minute time frame.Contact details must be supplied as well – if you win we want to be able to ring and tell you!
  • The private opening will take place at 11am until midday on Tuesday 29th June 2010 at the London Film Museum.
  • You are repsonsible for getting yourself the museum on the day. Should you not be able to attend in person we shall arrange for the signed book to be posted to you.
  • There is no monetary alternative.
  • The judges’ decision is final.
  • Completed films must be sent to London Film Museum, County Hall, London, SE1 7PB
